OK. 2 blogs in 1 day. This one is WAY more important than the other one. As you know, I love the Transformers. One of my prior posts was only about them. OK deep breath..... There will be a Live Action Transformers.................. MOVIE!!! A frickin' MOVIE!!!!!!!!!

Produced by..... Stephen Speilberg??? Holy crap!! It might actually be a good movie???? I need to go lie down. Watch the trailer here: www.transformersmovie.com

WATCH IT NOW, I SAY!!

NOW, DAMN YOU!

Like Losing a Best Friend

So I'm in the 8th street mall right now, munching on a teen burger and waiting for a haircut. And while it is certainly a good burger, it's not what I wanted. You know that, "Mmmm this is exactly what I wanted." good? It is nowhere to be found. What did I want? A Louisiana Chicken sub on cheese bread from Mr. Sub. I am not currently eating said sub because the Mr. Sub in the mall has closed.

WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING??????

Sorry about that, it's just that I am so sad. One by one, all the Mr. Subs in this city are closing. It is a slow and malicious process that I fear will one day make it verily impossible for me to eat a Louisiana Chicken sub without driving to Edmonton. I beleive that the only open locations remaining in this city are on 51st street and the one on 8th across from the mall.

Loyal reader(s), I give you a desparate plea: Support these remaining Mr. Sub locations. Or if you don't like them, tell me if I have missed any locations that are still open.

I feel tears coming on. I better go (sob)

Hrrrrmmm... (In an exasperated tone)

Soooo, I just wrote about how awesome my new Xbox is. Well, it likes to eat CD's and scratch them with it's sharp game-hating teeth, apparently. Microsoft says that they have been getting lots of complaints about the game I have being scratched, and think it's a manufacturer's problem with the CD. Yeah... cause CD's are a pretty new technology. Lots of bugs to work out....... Riiiight....
Well I got a replacement disc. Again. So this one better work or my $500 investment has a date with a 20 pound sledge.

Gotta go practice on some bricks in view of the Xbox. Maybe intimidate it and show it who's the boss. (It sure as hell Ain't Tony Danza.)

Whew, so tired.

So long time since I was last on hey? Anyways quick updates:

1. Have now been married for 3 months and 2 days. (Longer than half of Hollywood). Still pretty awesome, very few fights even though we're in each other's hair all the time. Guess we really do love each other ;)

2. Got an Xbox 360. The prospect of Halo 3 was just too much to ignore. It rocks serious ass. (Until 5 years from now when the next thing comes out and makes these amazing graphics look like stick men.)

3. Been at the mine for a month and a half. What's it like? Long days. Extremely humid and hot. You breathe in salty dust all day. Some of the worst nosebleeds I've ever had. I've never been so tired in my life. You hate it for the 4 or 5 days you are working, but then you love your 4 or 5 days off. And the paycheques are awesome too. I will be getting financially ahead really quick if I get hired on permanently. The 12 hour days aren't affecting the marriage yet, but if that happens, I'll dump this job in a second. I like being married more than having money.

Thats all for now, folks! Drop me a line sometime.
